What happens next
- Your request goes to Microsoft Entitlement Management. My Access shows its status.
- The manager registered in Microsoft Entra approves it. If you have none, the fallback approver does.
- The new limit applies after your next sign-in. Your employing country pays.
How credit requests work
- Choose Silver or Gold, select 30 days, 90 days or permanent access, and add a business justification.
- Direct submission sends this text to Microsoft Entitlement Management; copy fallback keeps it only in this page.
- Every duration needs approval. Your registered manager receives the Microsoft approval request, and the fallback approver receives it if you have none. Permanent access has no expiry date.
- Your employing country is responsible for the cost. Amounts shown here are PAYG estimates.
- You can have only one pending tier request. To change tier or duration, cancel the pending request in My Access and submit a new one.
